Sample audio using the Recorder

- NoteIf using an external audio source, connect it to Tonverk first.
- PressPress SAMPLING to enter the SAMPLING SELECT screen.
- PressUse UP/DOWN to select RECORDER, then press YES.
- TurnUse DATA ENTRY knob G to set SOURCE to your audio input source.
- TurnWatching the input meter, use knob F to set THR just above the source's background noise. Set MON to YES to monitor through Tonverk.
- NoteUse RLEN to set the sampling length.
- PressPress YES to arm the sampler, then play the sound source - sampling starts when the signal exceeds the threshold.
- PressPress YES to stop sampling (or it stops at RLEN / max time).
- TurnTrim with knobs A (START) and B (END); D zooms, C pans. FUNC + YES previews (via the active track's voice - select track 1-8). UP normalizes to 0 dB.
- PressPress YES to trim the sample (NO afterwards untrims).
- NoteName the sample on the NAMING page and press YES to save (stored in USER/RECORDINGS).
- PressPress TRIG 1-8 to assign the sample to a track (Single Player tracks only - their LEDs light up), or NO to skip. Press LEFT to exit the Recorder.
Result: The sample is saved on the SD card and optionally assigned to a track.
