  1. ComboHold SONG and press TRIG 1-16 to select a song slot and enter SONG mode.
  2. ComboHold SONG and press RIGHT to open the SONG EDIT screen.
  3. NoteOn an empty slot, choose INSERT ROW (FUNC + DOWN) or CREATE ROWS FROM CHAIN (YES — build from an existing or new chain of patterns).
  4. ComboHold FUNC and press DOWN to add a row below the selected one (a copy of it); FUNC + UP removes the selected row.
  5. NavigateNavigate rows/columns with the ARROW keys and edit with LEVEL/DATA or any DATA ENTRY knob: LABEL, PTN, ROW PLAY COUNT, ROW LENGTH (2-1024 steps), ROW TEMPO, ROW MUTE (YES to edit with the [TRIG]/[SUBTRACKS] keys). The final END row is set to LOOP or STOP.
  6. PressPress NO to exit SONG EDIT. Songs save automatically — but save the project to keep them.

Result: A song arrangement of up to 99 rows exists (16 songs per project).
