  1. ComboHold [RECORD] and press [PLAY] to start LIVE RECORDING; the sequencer plays and [RECORD] flashes.
  2. PressPlay the [TRIG] keys (TRIG_1 shown) in real time — or use KEYBOARD mode for chromatic notes — to input trigs as the sequencer runs.
  3. PressPress [RECORD] to stop recording while keeping playback, or [STOP] to stop both.

Result: Trigs are recorded live into the active pattern.
