Add a parameter lock to all trigs on a page

Precondition: GRID RECORDING mode active

1. HoldPress and hold a [TRIG] key (TRIG_1 shown).
2. HoldAlso hold [PAGE] (or [TRK]).
3. TurnTurn a DATA ENTRY knob (ENC_A shown) to set the parameter value.
4. ReleaseRelease the keys.

Result: The parameter lock is added to all the existing trigs on the page.
